PARK STREET ESTATE COMPLEX - OAKLANDS, JOHANNESBURG
Our latest project in Oakland, Johannesburg, consisted of 2 large 2 story unit blocks, plus pool and recreation area. It also consisted of closed in garages and numerous carports. A project that took us 14 months to fully complete, due to severe and deteriorated plaster repairs
Phase 1
North Block

Phase 2
Common Property
The carports were a project that consisted of the Chromodek sheeting removal, rust proofing of all beams and complete re-paint. All sheeting was replaced, and cleaned.
Phase 3
Southern Block
The Southern block was the same process followed as the North block, and the end result was impressive and all accolades to my team
