WALDORF 2 - MORNINGSIDE

The video clip shows one completed block unit throughout the entire complex. One block stretches for approximately 100 meters!

The overall complex comprises 9 block units, (lower ground floor, and first floor), perimeter walling, estate managers office, plus front guard house. 

​

Despite delays caused mainly by COVID-19, the project was completed at the end November 2020 and still met all ours, and the client's goals and expectations, with the completion of a totally renovated complex, which was no small feat! This was an awesome challenge for myself and my team, who took it on and excelled in all areas, sometimes under really trying circumstances.

Each phase was checked and approved by The Complex Management.

This was the final phase, and a completed project to the satisfaction of the ESTATE MANAGER, and the BOARD OF TRUSTEES.

We thank them heartily for their co-operation, at all times, during the renovation duration!
