ROOF PAINTING AND WATERPROOF TREATMENT 

Exposed to extreme climateS, the roof of a home expands and contracts which results in faded color, loose tiles and possibly loose cement on ridge caps (see opposite). Annual inspection and regular maintenance makes sense, and can prevent spending money on costly future repairs. PLUS a roof that is kept in good condition means that your home is protected from the elements.

We have trained staff  willing and capable of transforming your roof. The pictures opposite, and on the next page shows the work we have undertaken recently. We re-bitumen flat roofs and apply a coating of silver reflective sealant

We inspect ALL roofs for deterioration, plus any waterproofing and will advise accordingly. If necessary, we will do minor repairs, as part of our service. It is recommended to re-coat with silver every two to three years to maintain the restored quality.
