This Complex comprised 12 x 4 unit blocks, plus club house and pool. Work commenced with damp proofing and  re- plastering of areas that were badly deteriorated, due mainly to rising damp. Re-painting phase was done with two colors throughout. 

The Project was planned in two phases, starting late 2019 and final completion was achieved in December 2020. A challenging project, but not for a "dedicated to achieving excellence" team!
